I am new to the industry and am considering joining Mutual of Omaha. It seems that the brand recognition would be outstanding for the Seniors?LTC market. I plan on focusing on the senior market through appointments and seminars. Any thoughts on Mutual of Omaha and how I should go about my first year? I have been successful in sales over the past 15 years (executive recruiting) and am looking forward to a change. Any offers of advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I realize it will be tough my first year, but I feel I have a few things going for me: I am financially stable (have financial resources to build marketing efforts) and have 5 years experience as Tax Advisor/Accountant with Big 6 firm as my first job out of college back in 1983.
