Prudential Financial will be exiting the individual long-term care insurance market effective immediately. Prudential will no longer market an individual long-term care insurance product effective tomorrow, however they will remain in the “true” group LTC market.

Applications dated and signed as of today (March 7, 2012) will be accepted by Prudential through March 16th

Pet insurance anyone?

I've heard they can't price the pet medical appropriately, and they're being hammered with unexpected claims and low lapse ratios.

"Welcome to WalMart."

Ugh.

I bought a turtle last month for $1.29. Cute little fellow.

Just signed him up for Pet Insurance. Premiums are $100/month. Is that a good deal?

Didn't think of that. Probably could have gotten a Partner Discount.
