Not that I am surprised at all, but they announced that they are pulling out of the market. It has to be hard to push an A- rated product with such a small presence in the market. They had some nice features, and Debbie Patterson was a nice lady. I have always had great luck with their blue/grey collar disability plans and their critical illness products, but I never had any real need to contract with them for LTC.
