I have been looking at this industry for a while and I am considering a career change. I am a professional business manager who enjoy's working with people. I have read a lot of positive and negative views on this industry. For example what is the main reason for high turn over? What are the chances for success in the early years? What is the greatest obstacle for a new agent? What are the positives?
