Hello,
I'm comparing policies between MoO and JH. From what I've researched, both are financially sound and have competitive rates. That said, I'm very interested in hearing what people have to say about the claims services of these two companies.
JH has done a lot to emphasize their "care coordinator service" where they have an independent liaison come to your home and help delegate the logistics of what type of care is best (at home vs in a facility) given your current ailment, as well as recommending the best facilities in your area. In addition, they have an "advantage list" that gives you up to 15% discounts with various care providers because you are a Hancock policy owner. All and all it seems like JH has done a great job to make the claims process much easier for its clients.
While MoO has some nice policies, and they appear to be solid financially, I haven't been able to find a lot of input regarding their claims service and if they offer anything comparable to Hancock's care coordinator service.
Does anyone have any input on either one of these carrier's claims service? Any feedback would be much appreciated!
